Lincoln is a charming suburb located 20 minutes outside of Christchurch. Outdoor enthusiasts are drawn to its hiking and biking trails, while the high streets offer a delightful mix of cool shops, cozy cafes, and a farmers' and craft market.
There are two parking spaces available at the property as well as free street parking. There is also an EV charger at the property.
Lincoln is easy to get around by walking or biking. Walk to the central hub of the town in 20-30 minutes. Visiting attractions outside of Lincoln requires a vehicle or bike.

2. We have set quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am to be mindful of our neighbours.
3. The Christchurch Airport is a 26 min drive to/from the home.

We are in town with a group of 3 kids and 3 adults, and Matt's accommodation was absolutely fantastic. It’s incredibly kid-friendly - an indoor playroom and an outdoor playground that kept the little ones entertained for hours, while the adults had their own space to relax in the arcade and movie theater. Every detail has been meticulously planned and executed by Matt to create a perfect stay for families. Our only regret? Not booking 4 nights instead of just 2!Show more Loved our stay, was the perfect place to take our kids with so much to do inside and out - and a bonus pump track across the road. I had a great time here. The house is spacious and everything is well maintained and clean, from kettle to washer. The toys in the children's room is a great idea and kept the little one entertained for the entire duration. The house is so comfortable that we spent way more time in it than we planned to.Show more
